To lead you towards the experience of yoga

Hatha Yoga

Yoga teaches us that we are all unique and alongside the physical benefits, our mental and emotional well being are supported and enhanced. There is no competition on the mat, we are each other on our own journey. An important aspect, it teaches us Ahimsa, Kindness and Love towards ourselves and others but most of all makes us happier !

Yin Yoga

While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, yin yoga targets your  connective tissues, the deep fascia networks of the body, ligaments, joints,  bones and meridians. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.

Yoga nidra

Yoga nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed,  an effortless relaxation, Yoga Nidra is an essential end to any yoga pose sequence. While yoga poses warm up the body, Yoga Nidra cools it down. This closing yoga asana involves consciously taking your attention to different parts of the body and relaxing them
